Planning Permission

For the majority of development, planning consent will be required. We can advise on the need for planning consent, and where required we can prepare and submit all documentation required for planning permission to be granted acting as your Agent throughout the process.

In certain circumstances planning consent may not be required as the proposed work may be classed as permitted development. Permitted development does not apply to development within a conservation area, work to a listed building or where permitted development rights have been withdrawn by the local authority.
